If the help center doesn’t have the answer you’re looking for, try our knowledge base with detailed answers to some of the questions our clients have asked over the years.
Finally, if you cannot find your answers in the help center or the knowledge base, you can issue a ticket to our support center and one of our qualified developers will review and respond to your questions. The support center is monitored 24 hours every day to ensure a prompt response to all of your concerns.
With the purchase of any ProFusion application we provide a free 30-day membership with unlimited use of our support center. After that, you can continue your support for $19.95 per month or $229.00 per year.
If you prefer to contact one of our team members by phone, we offer our custom support and maintenance packages starting at $600 per year.
