• Post the changes you need to your Support Package Project and the updates to your website will be completed in two business days* or less (for changes of up to four hours).
  
• Your monthly hours can be used for live telephone support. Call your personal project manager and have them walk you through how to make changes to your own website.
  
• Set up a schedule for automatic website updates.
  
• Interested in developing a custom web application or modifications to a current UIS module? The hourly rate in your package determines the hourly rate for your individual custom application. **

* Business days are assumed to be Pacific Standard Time; Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm excluding holidays.

**Additional hours are billed immediately upon exceeding the available hours for the purchased package.
